Wondering when you’ll receive an offer?

101 Ontario secondary school applicants

A few offers have gone out to select students. Don’t worry! No one is being disadvantaged by not hearing from us yet. The first major round of offers will be extended during the third week in February. If eligible, you’ll receive an offer then. Don’t forget to watch your portal at my.brocku.ca for a decision (or to see if you owe us any documents in order for us to make a decision).

For those that submitted applications by the January 2015 guaranteed consideration deadline, admission decisions have been made. If you were offered admission, don’t forget the deadline for accepting is June 1! Applicants assessed as currently ineligible have received email letters identifying the reason(s) for ineligibility and instructions on how they might become eligible moving forward.

Late applicants, as well as those that have recently asked to be assessed for a change in program; we are working through your applications as fast as possible. If offered admission, your offer letter will specify the date by which you must accept an offer of admission. Be sure to check your Brock portal on a regular basis for a decision. Once you see a decision you may accept your offer online at ouac.on.ca

All other applicants

Admissions is in full swing and assessing applications as they become complete. Don’t forget to check your portal at my.brocku.ca to find out if you owe any documents necessary for us to make a decision. If you already have an offer and are waiting on hearing from other institutions before accepting it, go ahead and accept our offer by the specified deadline. You can always change your decision later.
