In this episode, Ola sits down with Jayne Morrish, a catalyst for research impact and community advocacy at Brock University. Jayne Morrish, a Master's degree graduate in Psychology from Brock, shares her transformative journey from student leadership to her role as a Research Impact Manager in the Office of Research Services at Brock. 

Exploring her time at Brock, Jayne shares about her tenure as the GSA representative for Psychology and her notable achievements, including winning the Canadian Psychological Association's Certificate of Academic Excellence in 2012. Jayne Morrish also won scholarships and awards while she was studying at Brock such as the prestigious SSHRC Joseph-Armand Bombardier CGS Master's Scholarship and the Dean of Graduate Studies Excellence Scholarship.

As a dedicated staff member, Jayne's commitment to excellence was further recognized with The President’s Distinguished Staff Service Award for Outstanding Contributions in 2017 and her inclusion among Business Link Niagara's 40 Under Forty honourees.

Throughout the episode, Jayne sheds light on her passion for knowledge mobilization in research and its key role in bridging academia with the broader community.
