What is the difference between the tours being offered?
Our Live Virtual Tour encompasses all aspects of campus and student life. You will be able to see residences, academic spaces, key service areas, and much more. We also offer two specialized tours — one for the Goodman School of Business, and one for the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts.
These specialized tours offer students a chance to get an in-depth look at the dedicated spaces for students in those programs.
Does the campus tour include a look inside the residence buildings?
Yes! During the virtual tour you will be able to look at the different styles of residence offered at Brock University. Additional information and resources can be found at brocku.ca/residence
Will I be speaking directly with a current Brock University student?
Yes, our Brock Ambassadors (current students) can’t wait to connect with you and answer your questions. Feel free to ask questions about life on campus, residence, living in the Niagara region, or even what to wear on your first day!
Do I need to download a particular software to access the virtual tours?
No. Our virtual tours utilize an interactive web-based platform. On the day of your virtual tour, you will be provided with all of the resources and information needed to join the tour. The only requirement is an internet connection to access the platform.
I already registered but I need to change by date and/or time. How can I do this?
To reschedule your tour, please visit brocku.ca/discover/tours and choose one of the available tour time slots that work best for you. Please email us at email@example.com to let us know which date and/or time you are unable to attend. After you’ve registered, a confirmation email with information to access the virtual tour will be automatically sent.
When do you plan on offering in-person tours again?
Unfortunately, access to the buildings on our campus are currently limited to faculty and staff, so we are unable to offer in-person tours at this time.
We continue to work with local and regional public health authorities, and all decisions are made in the interest of the safety of our faculty, students, staff, and entire Brock community.
We hope to be able to offer in-person Campus Tours to prospective students soon, and updates can be found on our website as they become available.
If you are local to the Niagara region, you are welcome to drive/walk around campus.
I have more questions, who can I contact?
You are more than welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
