Please note: If any of your guests are incoming Brock students, do not include them in your guest count, and please have them register for Smart Start separately.
Did either of your parents graduate from Brock University? If so, please fill out the information below. If not, you can move on to the next section.
If you have a documented disability, we strongly encourage you to meet with a Case Manager in Services for Students with Disabilities to discuss any accommodations you may need.
* Documentation guidelines can be found on the Services for Students with Disabilities website at this link.
Please submit documentation no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled Smart Start date to Mary Ann Tierney at mtierney@brocku.ca or via fax at 905-688-7260.
Should you or your guest(s) require personal assistance on campus due to a disability, please contact Tania Pellegrino at smartstart@brocku.ca to arrange support.
Our goal is to help Aboriginal students make a smooth transition to life at Brock. We offer services in a culturally sensitive manner and encourage students to maintain or increase their cultural identity while at Brock.
If your parents didn’t attend post-secondary, you’re blazing your own trail, which means you’re a first generation student.
